Lily Montague

BAPsych (Hons), MClinPsych, MAPS

Hi, I’m Lily, a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar who works with children, adolescents, and adults.

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves.

I particularly enjoy working with children aged 7 and up, as well as their families, supporting them through emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental difficulties. I enjoy helping clients better understand their emotions, build resilience, and develop coping skills they can carry with them outside of session.

I am committed to empowering clients of all ages at a pace that feels right for each individual and family.
